Description:
About Tech She Can and Tech We Can
Tech She Can is a tech careers education and social mobility charity working to make technology careers more inclusive and accessible for everyone. It helps children and young people discover the breadth of opportunities in tech, challenge stereotypes and see where their own skills and interests could take them.
Tech We Can is Tech She Can’s free education programme for schools. Through live lessons, assemblies and learning resources, it helps pupils discover how technology is used in the world around them and the wide range of careers connected to it.
What pupils will explore
Tech We Can’s live sessions go beyond coding to explore topics including online safety, money, shopping, space, engineering, design and data.
The lessons help pupils connect technology careers with their own interests and the skills they already use at school, while introducing them to different roles and relatable people working in tech.
Autumn Term Dates:

DYW Context:
By showcasing real-world applications and relatable role models, the sessions aim to challenge stereotypes, raise aspirations, and build confidence in pupils who may not have previously considered technology as a future option. Ultimately, the goal is to inspire and empower young people to explore the wide range of opportunities available within the digital and technology sectors.
