During Allied Health Professions Awareness Week we'll be providing fantastic opportunities for young people to learn all about the Allied Health Professions (AHPs).

The week will kick off with a 45 minute introductory session at 9:50 - 10:35 Monday 6th October with a presentation from Allied Health Professionals - this will be an interactive session using Mentimeter providing an broad overview of what Allied Healthcare Professions are and what will be happening during the week.

During the week there will be a range of activities including:

• Pre-recorded presentations for each profession providing insights, advice on entering the profession and footage of practitioners working with patients
• Virtual escape rooms themed around AHPs, giving learners a chance to learn about AHPs through problem-solving
• Interactive 360 videos showing AHPs in real life scenarios (also compatible with VR headsets if the school has any!)

On Thursday 9th October 14:00 - 14:45 there will be a live Q&A panel with multiple AHPs who will provide a brief introduction before giving learners the opportunity to ask any questions they may have picked up during the week.
